Registered Nurse - Emergency Department
Assist the Nurse Manager in providing leadership to enhance patient safety and optimize quality patient outcomes in the Emergency Department.


Job Details:

• Full-time position, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
  
• Days shift
  
• $63.33 per hour, dependent on relevant experience
  
  
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    
  • Assist with staff evaluation and development
    
  • Develop and implement standards of care for the unit and patient population
    
  • Participate in staff competencies and provide direct patient care
    
  • Collaborate with CNS/Educator to meet educational needs of the unit
    
  • Manage resources and facilitate processes to improve patient throughput
    
  • Identify and resolve operational, patient, and personnel issues
    
    
    
    Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • Registered Nurse with Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course, and PALS Certification
      
    • Bachelor's in Nursing and State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
      
    • 3 years of experience in related clinical areas
