Job Title: Behavioral Health TechnicianSoar Autism Center is
seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team
in Denver, Colorado.About the RoleWe are committed to providing
high-quality care to children with autism and their families. As a
Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in our
interdisciplinary clinics, working closely with our expert
clinicians to develop and implement individualized therapy
plans.Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6, adhering
to the highest standards of the profession
- Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs,
ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
principles
- Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them
on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date
with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT
certificationQualifications
- Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a
degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology,
or related fields
- Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will
provide paid training)
- Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with
children
- Ability to work on a teamWhat We Offer
- $20.50-$26.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion
