Job Title: Behavioral Health TechnicianSoar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.Job Summary:We are committed to providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in our mission-driven care model, working closely with our expert BCBAs to implement intervention plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6.Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy plans, adhering to the profession's high standards
• Provide individualized support to children, fostering relationships with families and updating them on their child's progress
• Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certificationQualifications:
  • Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar
  • Previous experience working with children and a passion for supporting their development
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamWhat We Offer:
