Job Title: Child Developmental TherapistSoar Autism Center is
seeking a highly skilled Child Developmental Therapist to join our
team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will
play a vital role in helping children with autism and their
families thrive.About the RoleWe are committed to providing a
comprehensive and integrated approach to care, encompassing
naturalistic therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental
health services, and diagnostic services. Our clinicians work
closely with families to develop individualized therapy plans,
setting ambitious goals that empower children to reach their full
potential.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged
2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous
standards
- Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board
Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA
therapy principles
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families,
providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA
framework
- Participate in continuous training and professional development
to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain
certificationQualifications
- Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a
focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician
(RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those
with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively
