Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at AdventHealth Avista. As a RN Float Night PRN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse in the state of employment or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
