Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled RN Cardiac Telemetry Nurse to join our team at AH Rocky Mountain. As a Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect the health and safety and rights of each patient.Requirements:
  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing or degree program.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience specific to specialty.
  • Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State.
