Job Description:
The Denver Hospice has an immediate opening for a C.N.A to
assist one of our patient care teams. $2500 Sign-on BonusLOCATION:

RANGE: $19.42 - $22.94 / hourlySUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Based on position,

DO:The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) provides quality nursing care
within their scope of practice to promote comfort and dignity for
patients in the hospice care setting. Upholds positive public
relations with patients, families and facility staff. The Certified
Nursing Assistant is able to work with neonates through
geriatrics.WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum Experience: 3-6 months
CNA experience (hospice preferred).Required License: Current
Colorado CNA license. Valid Colorado drivers license and proof of
auto insurance.CPR certificationPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to
lift/push/pull minimum of 35 lbsSign-on Bonus: Care Synergy &
Affiliate team members are eligible for one (1) sign-on bonus.The

of community-based hospice and palliative care organizations
serving Colorados Front Range and the Regions Largest Home Health,
Hospice, and Palliative Care Network. Care Synergy provides mission

share best practices and serve more Coloradans along the Front
