Job Description:

A healthcare client of Insight Global is looking for a RN Clinical Care Coordinator to join a surgical department at a hospital in Frisco, Colorado. This individual would be working 5x8 shifts Monday to Friday and overseeing roughly 130-200 cases a month dependent on the season. The RN Clinical Care Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and leading operations of the operating rooms, such as making sure ORs are staffed and getting relieved on time, scheduling, ensuring ORs are prepared accordingly for each procedure and maintaining oversight of the OR in collaboration with leadership and physicians. This position will also be responsible for providing knowledge on annual blood administration, trauma tables, change in clinical practices etc. to teams of nurses and technicians. Alongside operational and leading roles, this individual will also be acting as a Staff RN in the OR when needed. If interested, please apply today!

BSN

Experience working in Orthopedic Trauma, General Trauma etc.

Leadership experience a
At least 5 years working as an RN

At least 1 year experience working in the OR

RN License to practice in Colorado and an Associate's degree in Nursing

A current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
