  Job Responsibilities:
  
  
• Administer oral and topical medication, including controlled substances to residents as prescribed by their attending physicians
  
• Promote and maintain independence of residents
  
• Provide and assist residents with hygiene needs, such as bathing, showering and dressing
  
• Assist with ambulation and transportation needs of residents
  
• Encourage participation in the facility's activity programs
  
• Assist hands-on care related to incontinence
  
• Reports on resident changes related to health and wellness
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccination, be willing to obtain as a condition of employment, or have a qualifying exemption
  
• Must have QMAP qualification
  
• Must be CPR and First Aid certified
  
• Point Click Care experience preferred
  
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  
  Work Time: Part-time
  Salary Range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
