We are hiring several Behavioral Healthcare Providers to work with our High-Acuity patients. The Behavioral Health Providers must be licensed (LCSW or LPC) or provisionally licensed (LSW or LPCC), and should have 2+years of experience in one or more disciplines of acute healthcare.Why join us?

• Flexible working schedules!Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Behavioral Health Provider to join our finance industry team. As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to our employees. You will work closely with our HR department to ensure that our employees receive the best possible care and support.Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to employees who are experiencing physical, mental, and psychiatric health issues.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health concerns.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the best course of treatment for each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all services provided.
  • Educate patients on mental health issues and promote mental wellness in the workplace.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities to stay current with the latest research and treatment techniques.Qualifications:
    • Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or a related field preferred.
    • Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LPCC.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing mental health services.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health issues.
    • Experience working in a corporate or finance industry setting is preferred.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
