$10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Marathon Health is seeking a part-time or full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to treat and work with CEBT's members at its near-site health and wellness center in Gypsum, CO.

This is a part- or full-time position. No on-call or weekends. We offer excellent salary and full benefits for positions regularly scheduled 24 hours+ per week including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, HSA, malpractice, CME assistance, life and disability, paid time off and holidays.

Weekly Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 7:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.

Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m.

Responsibilities

The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions.

The position may also be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the medical staff within the Marathon Health Center. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the center's staff is a key ingredient to success in this position.

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years' experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner within a primary care/family practice setting
* Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
* Current and unrestricted state licensure
* Qualified applicants should believe in making a difference and believe in quality decisions, great communication, collaboration, and instilling trust to lead a great wellness program
* Willingness to attend wellness fairs and events
