• Coordinate between client care and clinical teams: schedule appointments, follow-up calls, request medical records
• Communicate with clients via phone and dispatch to appropriate departments
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailingWhat you will bring:
  • Experience working within the veterinary industry preferred; open to consider those with customer service background, experience in human medicine office setting, -enrollment in veterinary program, or other animal industry experience
  • Cultivate a positive atmosphere, demonstrate a friendly and courteous attitude with all coworkers throughout the hospital to maintain a cohesive work team
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure professionalism and effectiveness in all interactions with clients and coworkers throughout the hospital
  • Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills
  • Must be organized and detail oriented to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactions
