• RegisteredNurse demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills and understands the uniqueaspects of the population served in the care of his/her patients.
• Eachservice also requires specialized skills.
• Thedelivery of care is based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety andlearning needs of the individual patient.
• TheRegistered Nurse may rotate to areas other than his/her assigned servicearea/s, and will perform only those duties for which he/she has demonstratedcompetency.
• TheRegistered Nurse performs delegated duties consistent with the scope ofpractice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care deliveryat SMC.   • Currentlicensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current activemultistate nursing licensure.
  • CurrentBLS and ACLS certifications through AHA or ARC. Education:
