This is a greatopportunity to take your career to the next level! What youshould expect to do in this role:
  • You willcollaborate with the Director to provide leadership to our team and play a rolein fiscal, human resource, and operational functions
  • Your rolewill actively participate in department and hospital strategic planning andwill effectively implement new programs and services
  • You will bemaintaining an effective competency and staff development program
  • You willwork on day-to-day operations such as: processing payroll, managing departmentexpenses, participating on hospital committees, processing employeeevaluations, managing personnel issues
  • You will beassisting in maintaining a departmental staffing plan that meets the needs ofthe customer and is responsive to the changing census
  • You willassure an appropriate skill mix and staffing levels in accordance with volumedemands
  • You willcreate/foster a positive environment and will lead by example and by holdingstaff accountable for their behaviors and attitudes (compassionate,professional, communicative) Whatqualifications you will need for this role:
    • CurrentColorado Registered Nurse License or valid compact license
    • Current BLS,American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required
    • BachelorScience Nursing, required
    • Graduate ofan accredited school of nursing required
    • Minimum of 2years clinical RN experience required
