expertise!Job Summary and Qualifications You will perform
assessment and therapeutic modalities for infant, children,
adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients as ordered or directed
by a physician.You monitor environmental control systems, patients
on mechanical ventilation, Bipap, CPAP, and various oxygen support
systems.You will be responsible for maintaining secure and patent
patient airway to include performing nasal, nasotracheal,
endotracheal and oral suctioning, pulmonary function testing, blood
gas analysis, nebulized medication therapy, chest physiotherapy,
and oxygen therapy delivery in various modalities.Provides
Bag/value/mask ventilation, and other accepted treatments to
maintain a patent airway.Understands pharmacological indications,
dosages and response to adverse drug reactions.Recognizes life
threatening situations and initiates appropriate response. What
qualifications you will need for this role: NBRC Certification,
possession of CRT credentialCurrent Colorado Respiratory
LicenseAmerican Heart Associated or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS,
PALS required.NRP certification required within 3 months of hire
during which time the employee will not work in the NICU until NRP
certification is obtained.One to Two years recent Acute Care
Experience PreferredGraduated of an Accredited Respiratory Therapy
Program.Must possess and maintain skills to be eligible for
staffing in the Intensive Care Units, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,
the ER, floor therapy and provide special procedures. This role
requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local,
state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or
