Location: Colorado Springs, COStatus: Full TimeSalary rates: $70,000 - $90,000 per yearAre you a hardworking, compassionate driven Wound Care Nurse? Interim HealthCare is looking for a qualified, skilled, nurturing Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and be a part of our specialized wound care program.The job role of the Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) is to:

• Supervise and coordinate wound care services
• Assist with providing direct patient care for our wound care clients
• Assess wounds, determine wound care needs and frequency and communicate effectively with physician's offices, insurance and the wound care manager
• Teach and educate clients, families and coordinate care with other nurses
• Understand Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance requirements
• Maintain a positive working relationship with local wound care clinics and physicians
• Perform wound VAC dressing changesJob Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
  • At least one (1) year of recent clinical hands on experience
  • Home health experience preferred
  • Health care CPR certified
  • Experience with OASIS assessment and required time pointsBenefits
