Learn more about WellPower:STARTING SALARY: $60,605-$71,300 /year POSITION SUMMARY: Assist in ensuring high-quality behavioral health programming and outcomes through collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Provide training and quality assurance feedback to support clinical understanding of health information documentation, service codes and outcomes to drive timely and effective service delivery. Ensure services are strengths-based, culturally proficient, and trauma-informed. Work to implement integrated (people and technology) workflows that meet practice standards, rules and requirements, and the values and needs of stakeholders.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: --- Employ Quality Management, Lean/Six Sigma, and Human Centered-Design strategies to help design effective and efficient service delivery systems that meet clinical program goals and outcomes. --- Provide training support to staff, including creation and maintenance of clear instruction materials regarding workflow procedures and service documentation expectations. --- Conduct case reviews and internal audits to assess adherence to clinical practice standards and expectations (quality assurance checks) and identify opportunities for improvement. --- Provide lifecycle Project Management of assigned Quality Systems initiatives. --- Participate in committees and activities for the collaborative design and implementation of clinical program service policies and procedures. --- Maintain an environment that is strengths-based, recovery and resilience-oriented, culturally and trauma-informed, anti-racist, and supports the health and wellbeing of everyone. --- Participate in other projects and duties as assigned.EDUCATION: --- LCSW, LPC or LMFT - or --- Master's Degree or higher in a clinical discipline and minimum of 3 years of experience in the behavioral health field; or --- Master's Degree in another discipline and 5 years of experience in the behavioral health fieldEXPERIENCE: --- At least three years experience in behavioral health, or other related health care field required. --- Familiarity with behavioral health documentation, regulations and coding required. --- Experience leading human-centered design and/or continuous quality improvement activities preferred.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: --- Proficiency in behavioral health clinical assessment, service planning and delivery, and documentation standards, including electronic health record systems --- Fundamental understanding of anti-racism work; ability to apply principals and best-practices in all aspects of the position with regards to social determinants of health and trauma-informed treatment --- Capacity to understand behavioral health and crisis services regulations, standards, and best practices, and communicate them effectively --- Strong training and coaching skills --- Ability to create clear, concise written materials including training documents and project summaries --- Capability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse group of people --- Project Management skills and experience (tools, time management, documentation) --- Familiarity with applying Human Centered Design and basic Lean/Six Sigma/Quality Management tools --- Aptitude with computer software products for reporting, training, project management, and desktop publishing (examples: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Vizio/LucidChart, etc.)SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None; may lead projects that include multi-disciplinary staff.TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 40 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, telephones, and other office equipment.MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: Computer/laptop, projector, phone copier, fax, and other office equipment.WORKING CONDITIONS: Will require virtual and in-person activities. May require occasional evening or weekend hour
