4C South is a 17 bed Med Surg unit, specializing in Orthopedic
trauma and spinal cord injury patient care. We are a fast-paced
unit and pride ourselves on excellent teamwork. Our nurses have a
1:5 patient ratio and our CNA's have an outstanding patient ratio
of 1:5. We are seeking highly ambitious, hardworking individuals
who thrive in a teamwork environment.Our mission is to focus on
each patient as an individual, caring for anyone who is in need,
regardless of their background. This unit provides a great
experience for new staff looking to hone in on their skills, as
well as tenured staff looking for a team who works cohesively for
the best patient outcomes. This unit will provide a great amount of

our team.Job SummaryUnder general supervision, the professional
nurse adheres to the American Nurses Association (ANA) standards of
professional nursing and performance, and the ANA Code of Ethics to
provide care to all healthcare consumers. Applies critical
thinking, evidence-based practices and competence to collaborate
with the health care team to promote excellence in healthcare
consumer safety and quality outcomes. Utilizes the Theory of Human

experience in a direct patient care setting required. Bachelor's

Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Colorado or a
participating compact state. National board certification is a
