Working closely with patients and their families, our multi-disciplinary treatment programs illuminate the path forward and provide patients with a foundation for long-lasting mental wellness.How you ll serve our patients As a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation. This location is specifically to treat only Child/Adolescent ages. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• RES & PHP Setting
• 18-20 patients per day
• Treating ages 11-17 yrs old
• Schedule; 1.0 FTE
• Willing to cross over coverage with some eating disorder patients
• Full-support staff including, Case manager, Clinical Manager, Staff Nurses and a 24-hour Nursing On-site.
• Focus on superior patient care treating OCD, trauma, Mood Disorders with a strong therapeutic approach including individual and family therapy
• Obtain medical histories, and order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Achieve quality metrics by focusing on clinically relevant outcome measures
  • Advocate for patients by providing consistent and timely documentation regarding the patients need for level of careMust haves, great to haves and bonus qualities
    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
    • Completion of a psychiatric residency program from an accredited residency program
    • Board eligible in in appropriate specialty (board certified preferred)What we offer
