The role reports to the Sr. -Director, Finance and Operations. In this newly created role, the FP&A Manager will drive the annual budget process, monthly financial forecasts, track key business metrics, provide though through financial/operational insights and be able to make recommendations to the leadership team. The FP&A Manager will partner with all departments to build financial models around complex business initiatives. He/She/They will provide financial consulting and support to all business partners throughout the company, continuously enhancing reporting and metrics to drive improved decision making and performance. From time to time the FP&A Manager will help support and integrate newly acquired businesses.This role can be based in Denver or be remote and is ideal for candidates who have an analytical -mindset, a bias toward action, a high degree of ownership, and the ability to drive results while -managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. The candidate will be able to build outstanding and -effective relationships with all cross-functional teams, and be able to propose and implement data driven -changes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budget cycle, including target setting, guideline creation, managing deadlines, and build Management budget presentationsLead Weekly and monthly forecast processes in partnership with all department heads. Perform forecast variance analysesBuild and maintain the annual commission model. Perform and submit monthly commission calculations to payrollBuild strong business relationships across the company and collaborate with the Management team and other company Leadership on all financial and operation related topicsPublish, maintain and develop new KPIs as needed. Deliver meaningful analysis that shows trends and insights about our KPIs -Collaborate closely with the accounting team to perform Month-end close activities -Provide Ad-hoc financial analysesSupport current and future M&A activitiesJob QualificationsBachelor's degree8+ years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting -Subscription experience preferred -Financial planning and modelling skillsHighly proficient using Excel. This is a must -Comfortable using large data setsHighly organized with demonstrated attention to detailMust be able to adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced ever evolving environmentLogical thinkerHands-on approach to problem solvingHighly analytical and data-driven. Loves digging into and making sense of the data.
