Job Description:
Family Medicine Opportunity Regional Medical Center in Goodland,
KS is looking for one FM with or without OB for perm placement Our
ideal candidate is focused on creating healthy communities and
partnering with other community entities (e.g. health dept, EMS,
neighboring hospitals) to improve regional healthcare. Were 2.5
hours by car from Denver metro, and our base salary for a seasoned
(3+ years out of residency) doc is $300k with productivity over
5,300 w RVU ($60). Relocation assistance is provided ($10,000 based
upon receipts), and as a rural facility theres loan forgiveness
through HRSA. 26 days of PTO are included in the base salary, and
more can be negotiated if desired (base salary would decrease
proportionately). Our ED is covered by three highly experienced PAs
with primary call coverage by Avera telemedicine board certified ED
MDs. Call is light and consists of ED backup to the PAs and the
Avera ED MD (7 ED pts/day avg), and practice call for inpatients
