Do something that matters.Are you interested in leading the transformation of cancer care through putting world-leading scientific data and knowledge in the hands of doctors and other members of the medical team?--Do you have a passion for solutions that empower patients to take charge of their care and bring world-class solutions to winning the cancer battle?--If so, join our growing team at VieCure, the company that promises to revolutionize the way cancer care is delivered.--We are looking for full time, highly motivated client service and implementation staff, specifically Process Engineers, Clinical Implementation Specialists and Education and Training Specialists.RESPONSIBILITIESYou will work in multi-disciplinary teams of clinical specialists, software engineers, process engineering and workflow specialists, quality assurance professionals, and analytics specialists to deploy VieCure's platform to clients and their patients across the United States and internationally. Depending on your capabilities and experience, you will have responsibility to:* Apply all phases of our proprietary predictive configuration methodology using a collaborative approach to meet client needs* Facilitate rapid analysis, design, validation, and acceptance of clinical platforms emphasizing simplicity, effectiveness, efficiency, ease of use, and safety* Work with stakeholders to understand and prioritize end-user clinical and business requirements, and translate those into pragmatic and effective solutions* Successfully deliver remote and onsite training* Accurately assess follow up training needs, developing session goals with clients, coordinating schedules with project managers and delivering additional training as required* On occasion, perform software demonstrations to assist in sales situationsSKILLS & EXPERIENCECandidates should possess one or more of the following:* Excellent analytical skills coupled with natural curiosity and desire to improve client operations* Logical thinking and disciplined task execution skills* Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with high social intelligence* Demonstrated ability to lead process redesign efforts* Disciplined attention to detail* Proven ability to identify root cause problems and assess and solve underlying issues* Demonstrated ability to facilitate change, and analyze data and process flows* Familiarity with electronic interfaces/integration approaches in healthcare settings* Bachelors' degree and minimum 2 years' experience in software training/support or equivalent combination of education and experience* Understanding of medical oncology workflow required* Familiarity / proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Visio and Zoom* Excellent presentation skills (ability to communicate effectively to a group)* Ability to interact effectively with customers via Zoom, phone and face-to-face* Ability to travel up to 75% (may include some weekend travel)We are headquartered in Denver, Colorado, and also have a large complement of remote staff who live in proximity to client sites.
