You are a self starter thats willing to roll up your sleeves to build and improve processes. You believe in Sales and Marketing alignment and working toward common goals of meetings, opportunities, and revenue. What you will do (aka the Responsibilities): Manage a team of 8 - 10 direct reports, including onboarding, continued training & education, coaching & performance management, and career development Build and lead a strong, pipeline generating Sales Development team Assist in designing and implementing a scalable training program and materials for SDRs Establish proficiency with operational tools including Looker, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Marketo, and all tools used for SDR processes Achieve monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities based on both outbound and inbound lead development activities Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching, activities, and incentives Work with Marketing team on messaging and understanding campaign performance Act as the liaison between SDRs and Demand Gen to drive the feedback loop Train new hire SDRs and participate in teaching beginning & intermediate level team trainings Manage team of SDRs to meet and exceed 100% of opportunity quota goals Track key data points including activity, qualification and conversion rates Conduct weekly meetings and 1:1s with team to keep teams tracking towards goals Manage, track and report on all sales activities and results of the team What you are great at (aka the Required Skills): Data measurement and KPIs Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills Track record of proven success Experience motivating a group as well as working with individual personalities Great listener, quick thinker, and ability to work independently and as a team Believer in collaborating with people and teams in other functions toward common business goals Continuously work on streamlining the lead development and management process for efficiency Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail in execution Translating detailed data into concise, relevant insights for senior management Your Education, Experience & Certification: 3-5 years of SDR sales management experience, ideally in a high velocity SaaS company selling to IT Bachelors degree in a related field Deep knowledge of sales development tools including SFDC, SalesLoft and ConnectLeader Strong acumen/prospecting skills/closing skills Experience with outbound prospecting strategies and motion, as well as inbound lead management activities to maximize the funnel Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Understanding of the demand waterfall Druva is an equal opportunity workplace and employer.
