We are looking for an outstanding sales professional to join our fast-paced real estate acquisition team. We have a robust marketing budget and are developing a steady pipeline of warm pre-qualified leads (property owners) with whom you will follow-up, build rapport, and negotiate win-win terms to acquire investment properties.

The ideal candidate will be driven, possess a successful sales record, and focused on building relationships with our potential clients. This individual will experience growth and leadership opportunities!

Responsibilities:
--- Lead follow-up by phone, e-mail, text, and overall management of leads pipeline with the ultimate goal of progressing homeowners toward an executed contract.
--- Build rapport with our potential clients and overcome objections to moving forward with a contract.
--- Schedule, drive to, and conduct appointments with clients and negotiate a win-win solution for both parties.
--- Make offers on properties daily using the company's system for running real estate comparable and generating offer ranges.
--- Utilize and update CRM tools daily.
--- Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs for lead contacts, offers, and contracts.
--- Network within the real estate community (brokers, property managers, etc) to develop a referral pipeline.
--- Sales territory will include several markets on the front range (Denver Metro to Pueblo).

Qualifications:
--- Professional in attitude, conversation, and appearance as you will be the face of our company.
--- Experience with in-home sales and overcoming objections.
--- Must be an excellent deal closer.
--- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
--- Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
--- Ability to connect with a variety of personalities and generations.
--- Independent, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
--- Ability to quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing technologies.
--- Show a consistent and proven track record of closing new business.
--- Possess an attitude of abundance.
--- Endeavor daily to be a good team member, help people, and treat people with respect.
--- Sales training in Sandler or other relational type selling is helpful. We will provide additional custom sales training for this role to ensure success.
--- While specific real estate experience is not necessary; the ideal candidate will have a proven sales and conversion track record.
