We're looking for a Manager of Technology Partnerships to build new and strengthen existing strategic relationships with technology partners to help open new sales channels for the Fivetran team. As a Manager of Technology Partnerships at Fivetran you will:

  • Work with management to establish relationships with at least 10 new and existing technology partners within the first 60 days
  • Set up a regular monthly or bi-weekly cadence with all 10 technology partners within the first 60 days
  • Train technology partner sales and SE teams for 8 partners within the first 90 days
  • Create tracking for your growing referral channel using our internal analytics tools within the first 90 days
  • Work with management to complete Microsoft Azure and AWS marketplace listings in the first 180 days
  • Work with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance teams to evaluate, explore and execute partnership opportunities
  • Build and manage at least $1MM in referral business in 2019Your Superpowers:
    • 3+ years of experience in Business Development at a Technology Company
    • Prior full-cycle sales experience
    • Successful track record of developing, establishing and closing strategic partnerships/accounts in competitive environments
    • You are calm under pressure. You love when the bar is set high and look forward to going above and beyond. You are not easily rattled.
    • You can work in an extremely fast-paced environment. Youre able to keep up with a highly motivated team, a market that is growing extremely fast
    • You are extremely organized. You are able to juggle lots of things at once while not letting anything drop.
