The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively. As part of the new Commercial Bank Treasury Management team, this manager will set and manage team objectives, and provide leadership to a Treasury Management Sales Support team - including Sales Analysts and in some divisions, a Regional Sales Support Manager or a team of Administrative Assistants. The Treasury Management Division Sales Support Manager (DSSM) will work with a sales leadership team to thoughtfully develop strategies on improving sales support processes and accountabilities to support sales revenue, risk mitigation and customer experience activities. The DSSM will participate in extensive problem solving, interface with multiple business partners, senior leaders, and external customers - either directly or through direct reports. This manager will also be responsible for leading through the Commercial Bank TM integration as Middle Market and Business Banking lines of business begin to merge. The ideal candidate must manage change well, while being a highly motivated, proactive, self-starter that takes pride and accountability for the results of their team. Success in this role comes from the focus and commitment to promoting teamwork, creating positive and professional partnerships. The Treasury Management team is accepting applications for a Division Sales Support Managers (DSSM) to lead the Central Mountain (CO/MT/WY/NM) region. Location: The DSSM positions above are flexible to multiple locations within the region the DSSM leads. It is strongly preferred that the DSSM reside within the region that he/she leads, or a neighboring state. Travel required up to 30%. The DSSM will be expected to: Drive market strategies to help meet/exceed financial goals Effectively coach the Regional Sales Support Manager and Sales Analysts by leveraging their strengths to reach their full potential Motivate, inspire and provide recognition to the sales support team Continuously identify, build and maintain pipeline of future talent for successful team growth Develop Sales Analysts or Administrative Assistants and understand their workload - adjust alignments as necessary Develop Regional Sales Support Manager to effectively lead, inspire and develop his/her team of direct reports Develop division strategies to provide a stellar customer experience both internally and externally As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
