Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and driving partner plans with each assigned partner, you will be responsible for increasing top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of these ISV solutions running on OCI. The ideal candidate will possess both a partner background that enables them to drive successful consultative partnerships, engage at the CXO level, as well as a sales background that enables them to easily interact with enterprise customers and Oracle sales/field reps. Candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and communicate compelling value propositions. The position also requires a strong technical acumen, along with working knowledge of the ISV and cloud landscape.*Key Responsibilities:** Work with a select group of new and existing partners to define and execute joint sales and Go to Market programs.* Participate as a key member of the Partner and Business Development teams in helping to deliver the overall Business partner strategy.* Engage assigned partners field sales organization, channels and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for OCI.* Build a strategic partner development plan for target partners and customers, that includes the overall OCI Business Applications plan.* Set and manage revenue targets and work with the ISV and Oracle field organizations to achieve goals.* Manage and close a pipeline of partner opportunities.* Work with the Oracle field and partner managers to execute the strategic business plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. solutions architects, services teams, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.).* Work closely with the partner s customer base to ensure they are leveraging best practices using OCI.* Understand the technical requirements of our ISVs and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings.* Utilize Netsuite, data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes.* Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management.**Job:** **Product Development***Organization:** **Oracle***Title:** *Product Manager - ISV Business Development / Marketing***Location:** *WA,Washington-Seattle***Requisition ID:** *18001E32***Other Locations:** *United States*
