The Public Service Sector consulting practice is a trusted advisor to federal, state and local governments, partnering to meet challenges and responding quickly to citizen demands, business needs, new economic conditions, and changing legislative priorities and policies. IBM is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) whose primary responsibilities will be to lead a team of technical engineering resources in the standup and transition of new clients into the IBM Federal Data Center, implement our clients system upgrades/improvements as well as serve as clients contact point for Tier 3 O&M support. The TDM role is the interface between the client, the MSCS Architecture, MSCS Engineering team, and the IBM Federal Account teams. The TDM will be responsible for assigning resources to projects and meeting/maintaining schedules across multiple accounts in parallel with IT upgrade projects within the Federal Data Center.
