National Corporate Housing is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team! This role will have the unique position of working directly with the Marketing and Sales teams to build lead and demand generation programs, account-based marketing campaigns and develop intelligent sales communications. This role will utilize marketing automation through Pardot to develop and execute campaigns to prospects and customers, develop and execute ABM-focused campaigns, build and optimize landing pages, and build and implement a lead scoring model. This role will integrate and execute campaign communications via multiple channels including email, social media, digital media, webinars, events and customer advocacy. National uses Salesforce as its CRM, so knowledge of the system is a must, as this role will be responsible for basic reporting on campaign performance which can only be accomplished through successful database integration with Pardot and Salesforce.

Through effective campaign design, delivery and optimization the Campaign Manager ensures our marketing goals are met. An integral part of Nationals success, the Campaign Manager should be detail-oriented, comfortable with technology and data, possess comprehensive analytics skills and have great communication skills. Successful candidates are self-starters who are comfortable navigating in a dynamic environment; they take ownership and enjoy collaboration and working as part of a larger team.

Responsibilities:






  • Build and execute sustainable lead generation model to support revenue goals for new and existing clients
  • Drive the front end of the business development process by generating marketing qualified leads
  • Support customer retention and opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell
  • Create the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action
  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to design and execute successful campaigns
  • Act as Pardot and Salesforce Administrator
  • Manage dashboards and KPI reporting in Pardot and Salesforce
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and diligently monitored
  • Take ownership of campaign performance and delivery fulfillment
  • Report out on campaign activities and results
  • Proactively communicate any issues internally
  • Make recommendations on how to improve effectiveness and maximize campaign success
  • Handle technical troubleshooting as necessary. Resolve technical implementation issues as they arise and resolve in a timely way to ensure high level of client satisfaction
  • Positively impact the team by supplying feedback on improvements of our systems, processes, and tools

  • Support internal projects, including cross department collaboration
  • Provide first class customer service to clients, external and internal, with clear and prompt communication, quality deliverables, and innovative solutions

  • Manage social media communications and advertising, with LinkedIn as the primary platform
  • Manage digital media advertising as part of our B2B marketing campaign strategy
  • Develop and execute webinars and events as part of our B2B marketing campaign strategy
  • Support other marketing team duties such as copywriting, editing and RFP fulfillment
  • Other duties as assigned


    Requirements:






    • BA/BS in Marketing or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a campaign management role
    • An excellent sense of teamwork and proactive participation in sales and marketing initiatives
    • Applied experience with Pardot is required
    • Applied experience with Salesforce is required
    • Knowledge of Nationals corporate housing and mobility services portfolio, including our solution offerings, target audiences, and network of partners

    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Drupal, and JavaScript preferred

    • Track record of managing and growing successful advertising campaigns across display, mobile, social and/or video
    • Outstanding organizational, communication, time and project management skills

    • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
    • Able to systematically anticipate and solve problems
    • Detail oriented and proactive approach to managing campaigns
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide creative solutions

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable with presenting where required

    • Ability and drive to work independently and in a team environment
    • Comfortable in fast paced environment with many moving parts and responsibilities
