The Director of Integrated Marketing designs and manages the go-to-market campaigns that drive Ping Identity's lead generation engine. Working closely with product marketing and sales, the integrated marketing team uses creativity and methodology to maximize engagement with the right audiences. This is a leadership role, managing a direct team of several campaign managers working to build a pipeline of qualified leads that will meet Ping's sales targets. The successful candidate has a mastery of campaign production, optimization, lead scoring, routing, and reporting. Responsibilities: Generate a consistent flow of marketing and sales qualified leads through a variety of channels such as events, digital, and direct mail. Design, plan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns that reach all identified personas to create pipeline. Manage performance through KPIs such as cost per lead and cost per acquisition, adjusting the channel mix and messaging when needed. Run campaigns based on account plans using an ABM (Account Based Marketing) approach based on meeting the objectives with the time available and resources (people & money) we have. Partner, influencer and co-marketing campaigns. Careful budget management. Detailed performance analysis that drives future investment and optimization. Activate sales and teleservices (SDR/BDR/LDR) on campaign strategy and tools to ensure a consistent go-to-market message. Create a standard of excellence in process and support when working with internal marketing and sales stakeholders. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Segmentation, targeting and positioning. TAM/TAL/ICP Marketing mix Sirius demand waterfall Organic and paid search, display, syndication, direct mail, webinars, event pre/post support, e-mail marketing Marketing automation (marketo, pardot, etc) ABM (demandbase, engagio, etc) IP and geo targeting, personalization Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years' experience in B2B marketing and demand generation. Prior people-management experience. Possess a clear understanding of both inbound and targeted outbound marketing. Passionate about marketing best practices and emerging channels. Results-driven with very strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI and forecasting.
