Description: Serve as the Classified Cybersecurity Manager for the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), C6ISR lines of business (LOB) in Littleton, CO. Responsibilities are ensuring compliance with government security requirements pertaining to computing systems processing classified information. The candidate must have subject matter expert level knowledge of the Industrial Security Field Operations (ISFO) Process Manual for the Certification and Accreditation of Classified Systems, Defense Security Service Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM Chapter 8), Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) and Sensitive Compartmented Information directives. Responsibilities include: -Supervising the Classified Cybersecurity team in Littleton, including all line management responsibilities such as performance evaluation, budget, manning, work schedules, etc. -Serve as primary Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) for the Littleton facility per the DAAPM, JSIG and NISPOM, implementing all requirements consistent with LOB needs and standards established by RMS and Lockheed Martin (LM) Corporation. -Coordinating the Classified Cybersecurity program in Littleton with other LOBs within RMS. -Interfacing with other LM organizations with employees having Cyber Security skillsets, to share knowledge and resources as appropriate. -Acting as a liaison with government agencies such as the Defense Security Service (DSS), Defense Information Systems Agency, and internal and external Counter Intelligence Organizations. -Ensuring day-to-day operations of classified cybersecurity support and implement computer security needs of the Littleton campus, to include directing self-assessments/audits to measure effectiveness. -Overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of system security plans and other documentation necessary to prove compliance with government requirements for protection of classified information processed on LM and customer information systems. -Manage a team that authors Risk Management Framework System Security Plans, maintains authorizations, and performs technical certification for accredited systems, and implements an information systems (IS) security education program. -Coordinates efforts of classified cybersecurity with IT operations organizations. -Providing classified cybersecurity portion of proposals (e.g. Basis of Estimate, etc.) and modifications to existing contracts. -Engage with program management, engineering staff, and other security and program personnel resolve classified cybersecurity-related issues. -Supporting Lockheed Martin Corporate Security initiatives by providing input and recommendations to the Government Compliance Steering Council (GCSC) through the RMS representative, as needed. -Overseeing the site-s compliance with technical settings for all operating systems, to include Windows operating systems, Unix/Linux, etc. on classified computer systems. -Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing metrics for the LOB. -Completing other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: -Prior experience as ISSM, Alternate ISSM, or DoD equivalent at a facility of similar size to LM Littleton. -Demonstrated Full-spectrum Leadership skills necessary for leading technical personnel. -Experience working with classified Information Systems to include Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet). -Ability to author security plans and maintain accreditations/authorizations. -Ability to perform technical certifications for systems being presented to the government for authorization, to include type accreditation. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers and senior management. -Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, demanding environment. -Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security. -Experience with the development of a Risk Management Framework infrastructure. -Previous experience working in an SAP/SCI environment. -Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance. Desired Skills: -Understanding of network concepts and Type 1 encryption devices, such as TACLANE. -Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity related tools to include Host Based Security System (HBSS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP). -Knowledge of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and configuration standards for DOD systems. -Knowledge of government/contractor network interconnectivity arrangements. -Ability to speak in front of large groups of people. -CISSP or other DoDD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Management Level III certification.
