Your Industry Team - Consumer / Automotive, Transportation, Hospitality, & Services The Automotive, Transportation, Hospitality and Services (ATHS) industry is going through an unprecedented period of significant evolution and opportunity. The industry is going through unprecedented change with siloes being broken down with increased focus on the customer experience. Organizations within the industry are faced with increasingly complex issues on building a differentiated customer experience, while maintaining growth and profitability. This imperative directive creates unique challenges for sector companies to innovate, modernize their technology and processes, while being vigilant in their evaluation and mitigation of evolving risks. Work you'll do As a Senior Manager within our HRT team you will: Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects Responsible for the development of business and vendor relationships Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development process Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans Lead day-to-day interactions with executive clients and Deloitte team Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues Provide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staff Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process Qualifications Required: 10 years of relevant experience, with at least one (1) year of external consulting experience Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions & processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Models, HR Mergers & Acquisition (M&A), HR Outsourcing Advisory, and HR Technology Experience carrying a business development quota for consulting work, ramping up pursuit teams and leading business development pursuits' end-to-end. Experience leading current/future state road mapping, requirements gathering workshops, running labs, and/or facilitating meetings Experience leading vendor selection including RFPs, RFIs, scoring and evaluating products and services Completed Bachelors' degree or equivalent Ability to travel 80 of the time (Monday - Thursday) Preferred 6-8 years of experience (Big 4 Consulting preferred) Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Experience mentoring, training and developing junior members of the team; experience in employee performance reviews Experience in project planning, budget oversight and staffing of project teams including time management Advanced degree in related specialization area Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Resources through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
