Vice President, Trust & Safety Sales (US Remote) TTEC, the customer experience organization that powers the world's greatest brands, is hiring a VP, Trust & Safety Sales to join the mission of transforming customer experience and bringing humanity to business. The Sales Executive will be going to market with Trust & Safety services and solutions that include fraud prevention, content moderation, safe harbor, and community watch to enable experiences that are personalized, and relevant, but also safe, secure, and trustworthy. This position acquires new customers and drives revenue through directly creating demand, pipeline, and closing business. From ecommerce sites and marketplaces, to social networks and communities, we help brands prevent fraud and protect their customers. Experience in the Trust & Safety domain is key to consideration. What the role entails: - Consultative solution-selling, providing solutions to complex client issues that create experiences that are safe and secure - Expert at cultivating C-level relationships with decision makers in client organizations to secure new business, new client accounts and maximize the value delivered by TTEC's services - Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their customer experience challenges and offer solutions that protect brands and their customers throughout the entire online journey - Possess an in-depth understanding of TTEC's services and differentiation - Shepherd all client wins ensuring a smooth transition into Operations, act as a steward for good business and grow the client relationship by ensuring flawless execution - Maintain competitive knowledge and focus, continuously grow and develop professionally - Live TTEC's values Qualifications - 8+ years' experience in a consultative sales environment, with experience in online safety and abuse services is required - Demonstrated experience selling solutions that deliver amazing customer experiences that help brands minimize fraud-related losses and mitigate reputation risks - Evidence of prior, consistent success exceeding or meeting targets for multi-year, multi-million dollar deals - Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations - and influence purchase and buying decisions - Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision makers - Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close, prescribes to funnel management - Bachelor's degree; Masters or advanced degree a plus Who We Are: TTEC is a pioneer in customer experience, engagement and growth solutions.
