Posting Overview The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high caliber finance and accounting professional with a minimum ten years experience of relatable experience. Significant finance and accounting experience in a multi-unit environment is preferred, along with an understanding and appreciation for a service culture experience that emphasizes an elevated level of satisfaction. The Vice President will be reputed as an excellent team builder and strong coach, with the ability to recruit, retain and mentor top-quality talent while creating an environment of accountability and trust at all levels. He/She can shift between strategy and tactics; willing and able to roll up his/her sleeves as an individual contributor while providing strong leadership to the organization. He/She will be comfortable with complex financial structures and high-profile capital partners. Your success will be measured by your ability to: Serve as the primary spokesperson on all corporate finance, audit, and licensing related topics, providing proactive, forward-thinking, timely and thoughtful leadership in all communication regarding all corporate finance and administration related topics. Lead a thoughtful and rigorous analytical process to implement best practices and recommend value-add strategies and profit improvement tactics. Drive the successful acceptance and utilization of Company tools and best practices. Provide leadership, management and development to corporate professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with corporate finance and accounting disciplines Contribute to the development and refinement of financial and business analytics tools. Contribute to a strong culture by modeling excellent internal customer service, cross-departmental communication, community engagement and servant leadership. Knowledge/Skills

Passionate Finance and Accounting leader Proven agility and adaptability to work with diverse business leaders and respond to financial needs timely Excellent communicator with ability to prioritize deal/project lead times Ability to develop effective relationships with vendors and outsource partners Knowledge of various financial and compliance software. Awareness of industry compliance opportunities Experience managing financial system functionality, training and administration Ability to manage the creation of thoughtful analytical reports from source and transaction data Lodging or multi-unit consumer sector finance, systems and internal controls Strong attention to detail and thoughtful process management Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, entrepreneurial organization Education/Formal Training BS or BA in Finance or a related field required. Experience At least 10 years of full-time experience in a related field.
