Senior Clinical Sales Manager

Job Description:

The Sr. Clinical Manager, is responsible for conducting evidence based assessment to validate Hill-Rom offerings necessary to implement and sustain corporate and divisional sponsored standards of our solutions. The work will involve workflow observations, Data collection and analysis, Clinical Playbook development and customization, Identification of Key Performance Indices and training and support of staff. The clinical support provided by the Sr. Manager will span all Hill-Rom's Global Business Units (GBUs) offerings. The Sr. Manager will also be responsible for supporting the Key Account Managers (KAMs) in their deployment of strategic master plans within divisions and the Group VPs at the Corporate level.
* Continually meet with CNE, CPSE and Clinical leader of assign Division/s to develop relationships as the 'Clinical trusted advisor' by understand their needs and how it relates to Corporate requirements
* Leverage the C-Suite to obtain approvals on standardization programs and proactively address potential issues for speedy resolution so as to contain issues at the local level and not rise to Corporate
* Presentation Skills- Capable of detailing all product Lines & Services in a fashion that delivers a clinical value propositions with maximum impact within a C-suite environment.
* Analytical Skills - Capable of articulating financial assessment derived from the unique attributes of a resulting solution offering
* Process Improvement- Identifies performance improvement targets, tracks and measures changes for the overall improvement of a clinical workflow of interest
* Productivity- Quality of work is consistently high, maintains peak performance at all times, sustains a high achievement level and maintains an unusually high output.
* Design skills, - Ability to identify data set required to assess the impact of a solution, design the collection methodology, selection of variables and creation of algorithms to monitor performance of a final solution.

* Bachelor's Science Nursing degree required, MBA preferred
* Experience in clinical sales and solution validation
* Health Care and/or Medical Device Industry Knowledge
* Proven results in executive suite Sales or consulting
* Strong understanding of industry and demonstrated knowledge/capabilities in the areas of clinical operations, financial analysis, business administration, legal and ethical practices, marketing and sales
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead in a complex clinical environment
* Consultative and results oriented approach.
* Excellent planning, organizing and leadership skills.
* Excellent verbal, written and executive presentation skills
* Strong customer orientation
* Demonstrated ability to facilitate change
* Evidence of continued personal and professional growth and development
* Experienced leader in defining and developing Clinical workflow solutions
* Experience in growing revenues in new market segments
* Innate ability to form C-Suite and executive relationships and contacts
* Confirmed ability to operate in a matrixed environment and work effectively with sales, service management, marketing and customers
* Ability to rapidly acclimate to change, embrace and identify new opportunities
* Strong ability to work Cross-functional and foster a team environment
