Job Summary We are in the process of filling open positions for the combined company following CenturyLink's acquisition of Level 3 Communications. All qualified candidates who express interest by submitting an application to an open posting will be considered. The Director Sales Enablement is jointly responsible with the Sales leaders to develop the sales strategy, execution and deliver the sales plan. This position provides leadership and strategy for the delivery and support of Sales Enablement platforms and applications Job Description

  • Ongoing presentations and recommendation to the Leader of ITS & NMD and Business Unit Presidents
  • Partnering with the Sales VPs, VP of Product Management, Director of Market Readiness, and Sr Director of Marketing to roll out sales effectiveness programs to the Sales and Sales Engineering Teams
    • Key Coordination point to work with Market Facing Sales effectiveness leaders
    • Directly responsible for driving coordinated GTM with Market facing Units
    • Coordination of GTM Initiatives with the Sales Team
    • Driving a disciplined approach to account planning, sales forecasting, funnel management, and big deal administration
    • Ensuring our sales process is simple and effective
    • Analysis and Identification of successful sales actions and replicating those actions across the sales force
    • Developing Coaching and performance improvement plans for sales professionals
    • Implementing and coordinating a structured account strategy program to be implemented across major customer accounts
    • Working with Sales Leadership on Account Reviews and Opportunity win/loss analysis
    • Assisting sales professionals with setting winning account strategies and aligning resources across the company for successful pursuits.
    • Providing key inputs on sales compensation and incentives to align them to our go to market strategies
    • Working with the finance team to understand and update sales forecast and communication to senior leadership
    • Communicating and Administering ROE and Booking Guidelines for the overlay sales team
    • Actively working deal coordination between overlay teams on integrated offers Qualifications
      • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
      • Previous experience in sales force effectiveness and analyzing sales productivity and processes Preferred
        • Successful execution of a companywide transformation effort
        • Strong understanding and experience building and improving sales processes
        • Previous experience leading and managing a team
