HIRING: Director of Operations in Denver, ColoradoABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:The Director of Operations will be responsible for various areas while reporting to the Executive Manager.Essential Job Functions:

• Effective communication with the Executive Manager regarding project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
• Mentor and promote a high-performing Project Manager/Project Superintendent/Project Engineer/Project Coordinator teams.
• Ensure teams have the necessary training and tools for success.
• Maintain and ensure timely margins and cost reporting.
• Accountable for all team budgets and adherence to processes.Responsibilities:The Director of Operations is accountable for:
  • Meeting project schedule goals.
  • Meeting quality standards.
  • Ensuring throughput requirements are met within budgets.
  • Systemizing operations for consistency and efficiency.
  • Developing and selecting project staff.
  • Growing team members to become self-sustaining at the project level.
  • Enhancing the customer experience at the project level.
  • Implementing company processes and procedures at the project level.
  • Supporting the Executive Manager in various tasks, including accelerating change and focusing on site-specific details.
  • Maintaining project schedules and ensuring timely completion.
  • Attending site progress meetings as requested.
  • Reviewing daily reports and addressing safety issues.
  • Reporting weekly on project status.
  • Ensuring projects conform to contract documents and minimizing punch lists.
