A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager. The RN Case Manager will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:

The pay for this position is $48.00 per hour


Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment


A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates



Highlights:

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs


The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM (Mountain Time), excluding federal holidays



Responsibilities:

Coordinate and provide patient care


Educate patients and the public about various health conditions, diseases, and illnesses


Perform administrative tasks supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Community Care and Referral Coordination Team


Provide compassionate and timely care to Veterans and their families



Requirements:

Experience:

A minimum of two (2) years of direct patient care experience within the last three (3) years



Education:

Required: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution



Licensure & Certification:

Active, current, full and unrestricted RN license to practice in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia


Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA



Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English


Basic computer and typing skills
