We work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to create personalized, AI-driven search and recommendation systems that enhance the experience for millions of customers. By using data and machine learning, we continuously refine our platform to meet evolving customer needs in an increasingly competitive video services market.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of features within the Search and Recommendations platform product, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and marketing, to define and deliver high-quality product features
• Utilize data insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform decisions and continuously improve personalization and recommendation algorithms
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking
• Champion the vision for AI-driven search and recommendation systems to enhance engagement and retention across our platformsSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline)
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred but not requiredSkills and Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in AI, machine learning, search or recommendation systems
    • Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, product lifecycle management, and user experience design
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and align stakeholders
    • Proven track record of driving innovative product features and improving customer engagement
