This restaurant will feature a 900 bottle show wine cellar and have a robust, but approachable wine program. The rooftop will be open seasonally and showcase the best view in all of Denver. Signature cocktails, bubbly and light fare food will complement this romantic getaway.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages all outlet operations to include, but not limited to, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy & procedure implementation and
