Manager, Talent Acquisition Position SummaryThe Senior Manager of
Talent Acquisition will lead the Talent Acquisition function for
SRS Acquiom. The ideal candidate knows what it takes to develop a
high-performing recruiting function. They will oversee the
recruitment strategy and execution across the organization,
ensuring alignment with business goals and talent needs. This role
involves leading a team of recruiters, collaborating and coaching
hiring managers to define staffing requirements, and implementing
best practices to attract and assess top-tier talent. The Senior
Manager will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from
creative sourcing and screening candidates to offering and
onboarding. They will also analyze and optimize recruitment metrics
to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition. The
ideal candidate will be creative, possess strong leadership skills
and business acumen, an instinct for collaboration, strategic
thinking, and expertise in building diverse talent pipelines in a
competitive market. This role requires a deep understanding of
recruitment trends, technology, recruiting operations, and industry
standards to ensure the company remains an employer of choice.This
role can be remote with periodic travel to our Denver office
required.The salary range for this position is between $120,000 -
$140,000, depending on experience level.Senior Manager, Talent
Acquisition Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as thought leader on new and innovative approaches for
acquiring talent
- Manage, develop, and engage a team of 2 - 3 recruiters and a
coordinator
- Manage recruiting agency and contract recruiting relationships
and evaluate their effectiveness
- Manage and administer the sourcing and recruiting processes,
including building and developing recruiting strategies for each
business line
- Manage the company orientation and onboarding program
- Partner with Managing Director of HR and Marketing to develop
and execute employer brand strategy
- Serve as a senior-level recruiter and manage sourcing and
recruitment for some requisitions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring
process.
- Develop an effective sourcing strategy using an appropriate
combination of executive search, direct sourcing, online postings,
referrals, and other creative methods
- Establish and maintain appropriate management routines
regarding TA performance (KPIs, metrics, req status updates) and
process adherence (data quality, ATS workflow, compliance)
- Provide reporting, forecasting, metrics development, and
implementation that drives Talent Acquisition performance,
consistently measuring the team's progress against hiring
goals
- Establish effective working relationships with professional
organizations, internal HR, and across the company to ensure a
strong pipeline of qualified talent
- Understand the market drivers and challenges to help TA team
identify new talent poolsSenior Manager, Talent Acquisition
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in delivering Talent Acquisition or
sourcing services within a global technology-centric company
- Must possess an expert understanding of Applicant Tracking
Systems (ATS); experience with Workday Recruiting is strongly
preferred but not required
- Must be able to effectively lead, manage, engage, and develop a
team of recruiters and coordinators
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of recruitment challenges and
strategies and able to produce innovative and effective recruitment
solutions
- In-depth industry knowledge, including current Talent
Acquisition trends and challenges globally
- Must be able to work well in a team and proactively interact
with business leadership to produce effective outcomes
- Must have demonstrated ability to establish recruiting best
practices, with a strong focus on operations and process
- Must be able to effectively partner with, coach, and guide
leaders on talent acquisition best practicesSenior Manager, Talent

Physical Requirements/Special Demands
- Must be available to work standard business hours, and
occasional nights/weekends.
