Responsibilities:Oversee the successful operations of
rehabilitation services on site.Provide direct patient care and act
as a liaison to patients, family members, and support
departments.Monitor clinical services to ensure regulatory
compliance and high standards of care.Manage the rehabilitation
department, focusing on quality improvement, care planning, and
clinical utilization.Hire, orient, develop, and support all staff
members.Develop and implement programs tailored to our patient
population.Intergration of sensory therapyQualifications:Current
PT, OT License in Colorado.Minimum of 3 years of direct patient
care experience and 1 year of management experience
preferred.Experience with therapy for Part BStrong verbal and
written communication skills.Ability to make independent decisions
and solve problems effectively.Thorough knowledge of state practice
acts.Ability to positively interact with personnel, patients,
residents, family members, visitors, and government
agencies.Effective staff management and motivation skills.Discover
