Job Duties and Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager focused on
successful project management and change management for People
program launches, enhancements, and ongoing deployment. - As the
Project Manager responsible for driving prioritized projects across
the organization, you'll be a key partner to the HR team. You'll
collaborate closely with the HR team and other functions within
DISH to identify project objectives, develop project plans, and
manage timelines and budgets. -Key Responsibilities: -Creating and
managing project plans to ensure deadlines are met, potential
roadblocks and risks are anticipated, escalated, solved for, and
quality and alignment across programs are deliveredEnsuring the
right stakeholders are involved in the right way and at the right
times, based on a decision-making modelFacilitating alignment on
project plans, leveraging functional expertise, and driving timely
execution of deliverables with cross-functional
stakeholdersPartnering with the cross-functional leads to set up
their processes for success, including tracking against project
plans, capturing notes and action items in key meetings, and
regularly sending out status reports to relevant
stakeholdersConducting post-project/program evaluations in
partnership with the workforce strategy team, including capturing
relevant, timely feedback and incorporating successes and areas for
improvement into future iterations of the programsSupport ad hoc
projects and initiatives, as needed -Who you are:You have a flair

relationships with all levels of roles across functions, involving

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
