  • Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and budgets in collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Procure necessary resources, materials, and equipment for construction projects, negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Supervise and direct on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and obstacles, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet established standards and specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, approving invoices, and providing accurate cost forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations, fostering open communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
