Job Description:
Within our Corporate Global Quality team located in Denver -
Leprino is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to move our
organization to an even larger level of dairy ingredient and

Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges
between $99,000 and $118,000. This position has an annual target
bonus of 12%.
Manages internal and external customer relationships.
Addresses customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Support the organization in troubleshooting technical deficiencies,
identify root cause and provide sustainable corrective and
preventative actions.
Ensures all project and work activities are completed in a timely,
accurate and precise fashion.
Present information to internal and external customers, up to and
including senior leadership.
Manages department initiatives and operates as a subject matter
expert in applicable technologies, policies, programs, systems
management, and specification management for all aspects of Quality
Assurance.
Oversee product evaluations, customer interfaces, performance
testing, and methodology review.
Identifies, enters, updates, and verifies manufacturing and
customer specifications through the SAP Specification Management
System.
Encourages and mentors team to maintain detailed and accurate
records for data, testing results, comments, deviations, and
control information.
Supports the Production Division in troubleshooting plant quality
deficiencies, working with technical resources (Technical Services,
Quality Execution, R&D), and plant management to identify root
causes and eliminate recurring quality problems.
Investigates audit results and ensures proper corrective actions
are identified and implemented.
Facilitates training, as needed.
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in food science or related field.
At least eight years of food manufacturing, product development and
quality assurance experience in the dairy industry.
Proficient with MS Office suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook and
PowerPoint); SAP experience preferred.
