Corporation is looking for a Manager of Digital SCM Systems and
Processes to work with the Supply Chain Management team (SCM) in
implementing digital transformation of our supply chain operations.
This position involves developing and implementing digital
solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supply
chain visibility. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives in SAP
and integrate advanced technologies such as AI into our supply
chain systems and processes, ensuring alignment with our overall
business strategy.This position will collaborate with the digital
and functional areas to implement solutions in SAP, Data Excellence
to enable AI, solve existing pain points, identify efficiencies in
process execution, and improve system utilization and support.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation Leadership:Own the digital
transformation of supply chain operations, finding opportunities
for improvement and innovation. Develop and implement a strategic
roadmap for integrating digital technologies into supply chain
systems and processes.
- System Implementation and Management: Supervise the selection,
implementation, and management of digital supply chain solutions,
including SAP, SCM, and BI tools. Ensure these systems are fully
coordinated and optimized to support operational goals.
- Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve supply
chain processes through digitalization, aiming for increased
efficiency, reduced costs, and improved clarity across the supply
chain.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Use data analytics to gain
insights into supply chain performance. Develop and maintain
dashboards and reports that provide actionable intelligence to team
members.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with
software vendors, service providers, and internal partners.
Negotiate contracts, run SLAs, and ensure that digital supply chain
initiatives align with stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks
associated with digital supply chain systems and processes. Ensure
compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Innovation and Research: Stay informed about the latest trends
and technologies in digital supply chain management. Evaluate and
recommend new technologies that can provide a competitive
advantage.Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information
Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's
degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management,
with at least 3 years in a role focused on digital transformation
or systems implementation.
- Demonstrated experience with digital supply chain technologies,
including SAP, SCM, IoT, and AI.
- Proven track record in handling complex projects and leading
cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to leverage data analytics for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of
working collaboratively with technical and non-technical
teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry
standards.
- Experience in vendor management, including negotiation and

commencement of employment, is between $125.000 and
$161.500/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on
multiple individualized factors, including market location,
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total
compensation package for this position may also include other
elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of
medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits
(including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits,
such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the
position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans
will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If
hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company
reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other
discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time,
