ROLE SUMMARY The Senior Director of Finance will be responsible for cross-functional financial leadership to nimbly navigate the current business environment by driving revenue and managing expenses. This position will lead all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for CPY, including owning all aspects of the annual budget process including studio level budgeting + corporate G&A budgeting + roll-up, monthly reporting, reforecasting as needed, rolling forecast updates, as well as, banking covenants and compliance, Board materials and other ad-hoc reporting needs. Detailed financial analysis and preparing financial presentations will be a key aspect of this role. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and works closely with the Corporate Controller and other Business Partners. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES The Senior Director of Finance job duties include, but are not limited to the following: Leadership: Develop road map for the finance team as a tool to lead & support the development of the team Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the finance team Advance business/financial acumen training to cross functional team members to continue to grow and improve skillsets Lead Financial reporting and presentation of key data to both support center teams and field teams and external partners as necessary Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on Corepower company priorities Budgeting/ Forecasting & Capital Planning: Lead the budget and forecast process, including the development of timelines, and definition of deliverables across the business Create monthly board presentations specific to actual vs budget results. Focus on key drivers and insights Work closely with accounting to understand budget vs. actual variances in supporting the monthly financial close Provide monthly support center and studio level actuals compared to budget to business unit budget owners to support accountability Educate budget owners on how to understand their financial results Put into place an extended forecasting process to support up to 3 years of forward looking data, including the modeling of multiple growth strategies Create capital planning process including identification of free cash flow, modeling potential investment opportunities and business case review Reporting & Analytics: Present financial analysis and insights that are tailored to the audience (Operations, Development, Marketing, Senior Leadership team, & Board) Communicate insights from reporting in reviews with CFO and cross-functional teams Lead efforts to manage studio level profitability through expense management at different revenue levels Oversee data-driven approach to generating insights to support decision making Manage the distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reporting; supporting the continuous improvement of the process over time Perform ad hoc financial and non-financial modeling and analyses and provide strategic insights and recommendations Support company priorities with projects identified during full year and mid-year priority setting. Banking/Treasury: Work closely with accounting on monthly and quarterly bank reporting deliverables Oversee and develop assumptions for the 5 year forecasting model for bank covenants Manage banking requirements and liquidity management Work with banks to leverage return on idle cash

EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting required; MBA preferred 10+ years of finance, accounting or experience, preferably in multi-unit operating company. Ideal candidate will have experience working within multi-unit operating companies and building and owning cross-functional budgets, forecasting, financial analysis, banking documentation, and dynamic modeling as well as knowledge of accounting in accordance with GAAP including capitalization vs expense requirements Familiarity with financial systems and tools, such as Spreadsheet Server, SmartSheet, Tableau and Netsuite Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized and detail oriented with an eye for visual formatting Highly-driven and self-motivated including curiosity to learn & expand skillset.
