Job Description:

A leading general contractor in Denver, Colorado is seeking aPre-construction Managerwith multifamily and commercial experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with projects valuing $50M+. This role will be responsible for all duties pre-construction duties including schedules, logistics, and procurement

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Prepares preliminary estimates and studies during pre-construction and oversees design development cost trends
  
• Participates in proposal presentations and relationship building with clients and Architect/Engineer relationships
  
• Reviewsdrawings, specifications and all other construction documents and informs related personnel involvedin the project aware of construction related obstacles, completeness of information and potential risks
  
• Performs constructability reviews
  
• Manages and oversees for the work of preconstruction managers and estimators
  
• Coordinates weekly check-ins with the project team during preconstruction
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
    
  • 8+ years of vertical building estimating experience
    
  • Thorough knowledge of building construction, systems, materials, market conditions and trade practices
    
  • Knowledge within On-Screen Take-off, iSqft, Timberline Estimating and Primavera
    
    Compensation & Benefits:
    
    • 
      
    • $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience. Exact compensation may vary and has potential to increase depending on client.
