Job Description: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for
leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set
deadline to uphold business initiatives. They are a steward of the
Project Management Life Cycle and manage the full lifecycle of
multiple projects across the business from concept and design
through rollout and end of life planning. They utilize all
necessary tools to manage and coordinate the teams involved. This
role will report to the Director, Business Process and Program
Management, as part of the Strategic Initiatives Office (SIO). The
SIO supports the vision and objectives of Flexential through the
identification, alignment, and execution of critical strategic
initiatives, business process improvement efforts, and programs /
projects. This is a dynamic opportunity to work alongside
leadership across the entire company, including Product, IT,
Operations, Finance, Sales, and more. You should have excellent
project management skills to drive and ensure the success of
complex, cross-functional initiatives. You should be able to
demonstrate customer centricity in all decision making, exhibit
expert communication skills and bring the right balance between
structure and agility. If you are passionate about Project

deal of personal satisfaction. Key Responsibilities and Essential
Job Functions Lead and manage multiple strategic, complex,
cross-functional projects and coordinate the work through various
functional leads. Work with project and company leadership to
establish and manage clear prioritization, sponsorship, deadlines,
and resourcing. Integrate project plans from multiple sources to
create a cohesive plan with identifiable critical paths, task
dependencies, and major milestones. Understand program and project
requirements to coordinate tasks and actions of various
cross-functional teams to provide direction, monitor development,
report out status and manage schedules and resources to closure.
Incorporate changes driven from both within and outside that affect
immediate and long-range goals and objectives. Develop, define, and
manage execution of critical program and/or project elements.
Ensure risks and issues are identified and appropriate actions are
tracked and taken to resolution and closure. Drive and manage
continuous improvement of product/solution development lifecycle
process, practices, and initiatives. Work with existing tools when
available and be able to create self-defined methods and processes
to support project management when tools do not exist. Facilitate
vendor alignment and maintain multiple relationships with
cross-functional Flexential groups to ensure successful completion
of deliverables. Manage business owners and executive work stream
owners. Deal with the daily challenge of cross-business functions,
managing and orchestrating the work of business and work stream
owners. Develop presentations and reporting to support programs and
projects. Mentor others on best practices, process improvement, and
project management skills. Identify and participate in continuous
improvement efforts within the PMO and across projects to optimize,
gain efficiencies and enhance our tools and processes. Perform
other duties as required and assigned. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Engineering,
etc.) or equivalent experience. 7 years project management
experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation
skills; communicates complicated matters in a simple, structured
way both verbally and in writing. Strong strategic thinking,
problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, capable of
navigating ambiguous situations. Advanced knowledge and experience
of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent people
skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence
versus direct management to develop high performing teams. Engages
people in manner that brings forth the best ideas and commitment;
generates candor and constructive dialog; comfortable with
uncomfortable discussions. Approaches problems from different
perspectives to suggest and implement solutions. Facilitates
communication between team members to ensure efforts are aligned.
Forecasts issues in advance to prevent potential impacts; both
internally and externally. Takes accountability for delivering on
commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as opportunities for
learning and development. Ability to prioritize tasks and
deliverables. Experience working with and presenting to
executive-level stakeholders. Experience developing project plans
in a formal project management tool. Experienced User of MS Office
toolset (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) Preferred
Qualifications Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. Project
Management Professional Certification, etc.) Strong program
management skills. Familiarity and/or experience with agile
methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Unique technical
understanding of the product and/or software development
lifecycles. Strong knowledge of IT standards and best practices
Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge Physical
Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods of time Moderate
or advanced keyboard usage Travel on occasion; at most 1-2 times a

Benefits are subject to change at the Company's discretion. Base
Pay Range : Annualized salary range offered for this position is
estimated to be $99,000 - $120,000 . However, the actual pay range
depends on each candidate's experience, location, and
qualifications. Variable Pay : Discretionary annual bonus, based on
