Job Description:
Within our Cheese Global Business Unit located in Denver -
Leprino is seeking an Insights Manager to move our organization to
even larger levels of cheese business growth! We take pride in our

At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically
ranges between $107,000 and $128,000. This position has an annual
target bonus of 12%.
You will be a key contributor on Leprino's Innovation Studio team:
a cross-functional team of marketers, market researchers, chefs,
and a graphic designer that partners with customers to develop
consumer-insight-driven growth and innovation opportunities.
Partner with the Innovation Marketers, Senior Market Insights
Manager, and Associate Director of Marketing to build insights to
help drive innovation efforts for Leprino and its broad base of
Cheese customers.
The Manager acts as Leprino's voice-of-consumer specialist,
designing, developing, and deploying consumer, market, and sensory
research that results in compelling, meaningful insights for the
Cheese business.
The Manager is asked to tackle four key responsibilities: Market
Research, Insights Leadership, Marketing Strategy, and Team
Leadership.
Partner with division leaders and customers to identify key
business questions, develop and execute annual learning plans and
translate data into impactful insights and recommendations.
Develop direct and influential relationships with marketing and
innovation leaders within our customer's organizations.
Demonstrate your marketing insights expertise with Leprino's New
Business Ventures initiatives to help drive perspective and
alignment on Leprino's innovation pipeline.
Lead research projects and assignments across all phases including
planning, preparing, conducting, analyzing, summarizing, and
disseminating.
Develop research-supported reports/presentations for cheese
customers, Marketing and Sales teams.
Contribute to a culture of innovation by finding new and better
ways of doing things through identifying, creating, and employing
innovative research approaches.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, or similar
area.
Five years of experience in market research and insights, including
designing, executing, analyzing, and summarizing qualitative,
quantitative, and sensory studies.
The ability to reside in Denver and the ability work a weekly 3/2
(office/home) hybrid schedule.
Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) and secondary data
resources (Mintel, Euromonitor, Crest).
The ability to travel up to 30%.
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
An MBA in Marketing.
Food CPG or beverage market insights experience.
Experience leading, mentoring, managing, and/or delegating direct
reports on a marketing team.
